SecurLOCK Fraud Alert Services
SecurLOCK service hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Activity is monitored for suspicious activity and when the need arises you will be contacted via text, email and automated system. Keeping your account information updated will ensure contact is made quickly. If we are unable to make contact, your debit card will remain restricted until you contact Peoples State Bank.
SecurLOCK Equip is in the iTunes or Google Playstore. It is an easy-to-use mobile app that puts the power to protect your debit cards in your hand. Simply use the app to turn your card on or off in real time as needed. Or customize your cards by setting permission for transactions. To access the SecurLOCK Equip app, look for it in your app store. Questions? Contact your local PSB branch.
